Logistics Services – BUYER

For all Product deliveries through the Platform using a Logistics Partner, the following conditions apply:

• The Buyer must pay applicable logistics fees communicated periodically.
• The Buyer is responsible for taxes on transportation, shipping, and delivery.
• Axlerate and Logistics Partner aren’t liable for damage during “reverse pickup” or if the Buyer rejects the Shipment, unless caused by the Logistics Partner. Reverse pickup may be canceled without notice.
• Neither Axlerate nor the Logistics Partner is liable for delivery delays due to reasons beyond their control.
• Axlerate’s Logistics Partners deliver pan-India and do not serve addresses outside India.
• Disputes about Shipment transportation, shipping, and delivery fall under the jurisdiction of the courts where the Shipment was booked.
  
  

Logistics Services – SELLER

For sale transactions on the Platform using a Logistics Partner, these conditions apply:

• The Seller ensures Shipments comply with all applicable laws, both in India and internationally.
• Logistics Partners rely on the Seller’s Shipment descriptions, and the Seller indemnifies Axlerate and Logistics Partner for any non-compliance.
• Liability of Axlerate and Logistics Partner is limited. Sellers are advised to get insurance. Sellers must use proper packing materials, and Axlerate and Logistics Partner aren’t liable for inadequate packing.
• Shipments are delivered only to the consignee at the specified address on the Waybill. The Seller is responsible for accurate consignee details.
• The Seller must hand over Shipments to the Logistics Partner before the cut-off time for same-day dispatch.
• If a Shipment is “returned to origin,” the Seller pays freight charges to the Logistics Partner.
• Similar to the Buyer’s terms, Axlerate and Logistics Partner aren’t liable for damage during “reverse pickup” or if the consignee rejects the Shipment unless caused by the Logistics Partner.
• Sellers indemnify Axlerate and Logistics Partner for claims arising from non-compliance with laws and Terms of Use.
• Disputes about Shipment transportation, shipping, and delivery fall under the jurisdiction of the courts where the Shipment was booked.
